Common Criteria Test and Evaluation Laboratory (OKTEM) operates within TÜBİTAK BİLGEM. The laboratory provides information technology product evaluation services within the scope of ISO/IEC 15408 Common Criteria (CC) international security evaluation standard. This service has been carried out successfully since 2005, when it was accredited by TÜRKAK in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
OKTEM is in a leading position in presenting the ISO/IEC 15408 Common Criteria (CC) assessments, which is the international information technology security assessment standard in the field of information technology security. As the first laboratory licensed by Turkish Standards Institution (TSI), the Certification Authority in Türkiye, it fully complies with the Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement. OKTEM, with its ability to evaluate at EAL5+ level, has the capacity to evaluate at all levels.

Quality Policy
The Quality Policy of TED is to carry out customer requests with expert, experienced personnel by adhering to the test instructions prepared according to the relevant standard, to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the results by using methods in accordance with national and international standards, to comply with the principle of confidentiality by not sharing the evaluation results and other activities with unrelated people, and to conduct all these activities impartially and independently. With this policy, TED declares that it will comply with the privacy policy for the information it receives from sources other than the customer and for the provider of this information as well.
The general goal of TED is to obtain reliable and repeatable results with high accuracy in every test and evaluation performed, to meet customer requests professionally as soon as possible and to become a reliable, distinguished and reputable test and quality evaluation authority in its field within the country. The studies determined in this direction are evaluated at the Annual Management Review meeting.
